We begin with a short conversation — by phone or in person — to understand what you are facing and whether our work is well-suited to the situation. There is no commitment at that stage and no cost. If both parties feel the work makes sense, we agree on the scope and begin from there.

The senior adviser you speak with initially is the person who conducts the engagement. We do not use juniors to gather information and then have a principal write the document. The person doing the work is the person in the meetings.

It produces a written document — substantive in length and careful in argument — that the leadership team and board can read and discuss. Not an executive summary. Not a deck. A document that treats the reader as capable of engaging with extended analysis.

We meet when there is writing to be done. Some months that may be several times; some months not at all. The engagement runs for six months and the cadence responds to actual writing needs rather than a fixed schedule. We discuss, draft together, and refine until the piece genuinely represents the leader's thinking.

Yes. We work with organisations across Southeast Asia and with international organisations that have significant operations in the region. Our Bangkok base is a practical anchor, not a limitation.

Fees are agreed in advance for each engagement and are fixed regardless of the number of meetings or drafts required. For the Extended Strategic Review and Leadership Writing Support, a portion is due at the beginning; the balance is due at completion. For Single Publication Preparation, payment is typically made in two equal parts.
